This semester we have invited Reinaldo Franqui Machin, Ph.D, J.D. to present a seminar on Wednesday, February 26th, next week. Reinaldo did his PhD in Molecular Biology here and Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law, Washington DC. He practices law in Washington DC and he is a registered Patent Agent.
