- Dr. Gail Bishop received the 2023 Donald D. Dorfman Award from the Holden Comprehensive Cancer Center for her paper entitled: “The Tumor Suppressor Protein TRAF3 Modulates GSK3 Activity and Susceptibility of B Lymphoma Cells to GSK3 Inhibition” (Cancers. 2022)

- Julie Nealson was honored with the 2024 Board of Regents Staff Excellence Award
- Angie Robertson was selected to receive the 2024 Distinguished Research Administrator Award
- Dr. Michael Feiss is named a 2023 Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS)
- Dr. Jack Stapleton was honored with the 2024 Regents Award for Faculty Excellence
- Dr. Regina McGrane has been selected for dual fellowships: CURE TAPESTRy Fellowship Program and a Fall 2024 MOER (Microbiology Open Education Resource) Fellow from a National Scientific Foundation grant
