We are delighted to share that Dr. Alex Kleinpeter, Assistant Professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, has been awarded Pathway to Independence Award (R00) from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, NIH.

Dr. Kleinpeter’s research project, titled “Elucidating the Role of IP6 in HIV-1 Assembly, Maturation, and Infection,” received funding over two years to support this important work.
